Fat is usually taken from the stomach. Sixty to one hundred cc is usually sufficient. The fat is filtered and centrifuged so that it can be reinjected harmoniously along the corpus cavernosum, from the preputial sulcus to the base of the penis.
Fat is not injected into the glans, but some resorbable products may be able to allow a gain in volume at this level.
If fat is not available in athletic or thin person or if a surgical procedure is not indicated, hyaluronic acid injections are suitable and good option to enlarge the penis.
